Vray3.4 打开后SketchUp就崩溃，请问怎么解决？

安装了SketchUp2017和Vray3.4，单独使用SketchUp没有任何问题，一打开Vray面板，SketchUp立马崩溃，查了百度，说有可能是显卡问题，使用SketchUp 2017 checkup检查，出现了以上报告，错误是图形卡信息丢失，但还是不知道怎么解决，有没有大佬知道怎么办？
