启动显示“Load Errors 载入文件…… 时出错”怎么办？

启动SketchUp遇到此弹窗，一定要学会看“载入文件出错”的内容！这样的报错一般写明了位置和原因，请仔细对照自己的报错，比较常见的报错如下：
 
1、是否将SketchUp安装在了中文路径下了，如“D:/设计软件/SketchUp”、”E:/草图”等等，这是非常错误的安装方式。
解决办法：
请卸载SketchUp，并重新安装SketchUp到非中文路径下，最好是SketchUp默认的安装目录。如：C:/Program Files/SketchUp/SketchUp2022
 
2、您的计算机系统用户名是否为中文？Windows系统用户名请勿取中文名，如果是，请查询更改为英文，或新建一个系统账号，或重装系统。（新建系统账号的方法）

3、当错误信息中有显示 “Error: 127:xxxx” 时，通常是因为曾安装或升级工行网银助手，请重新安装SUAPP客户端安装程序即可。

4、当错误信息中有显示 “Error:x:/xxxxxxx/registry.rb:319:in’QueryValue‘ ”，一般是由于使用过翻墙或网络代理导致，请使用腾讯电脑管家或360修复网络。

5、当错误信息中显示“Error: #<RGLoaderError: RubyEncoder Loader - Incompatible loader version. This protected script has been encoded with a newer version of RubyEncoder.”一般是安装了低版本的破解/加密插件，和SUAPP的Ruby版本不兼容，导致SUAPP无法正常启动，比如低版本的破解/加密Enscape。
解决方法：卸载干净、重新安装版本高一些的Enscape或其他低版本破解/加密插件；不想卸载它的话，建议在其他版本SketchUp上使用SUAPP。

6、当错误信息中有显示“LoadError: cannot load such fle - digest/md5”，是SketchUp里的md5文件被杀毒软件误删或者其他原因丢失，导致插件无法启动。解决方法：卸载重装SketchUp。（注意是SketchUp不是SUAPP）

7、当错误信息中有显示“Program Files (x86)/SUAPP/suapp/suapp main.rb header is broken, The fle has been modifed, Install the origina unmodifed fle or contact the author of the script to get the original fle. Error code [10] ”，这个问题一般是电脑系统为阉割版引起，比如Ghost系统。解决方法：重装原版的Windows操作系统。
